How do you determine card conditions for singles?
Single cards are graded based on industry-standard condition guidelines (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played). We provide accurate descriptions and photos when available.
Can I request specific cards or products?
Contact us with your requests! While we can't guarantee availability, we're happy to help you find specific cards or notify you when products are restocked.
How long does shipping take?
All sealed products, single cards, and merchandise ship within 48 hours of your order. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping options. You can choose your preferred carrier and service level (standard, expedited, priority) at checkout based on how quickly you need your order.
