We are looking for a creative powerhouse to serve as the Social Media & Content Production Associate. This isn't just a "posting" job—you will be the right hand to our Marketing Manager, acting as a secondary creative engine for the brand.

Your mission is to handle the high-level tasks that keep our brand moving: capturing raw footage, executing high-speed edits for short-form video, and assisting in the production of long-form content. You should be someone who "sees" the content before it’s even filmed and can operate with enough autonomy to tackle complex tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Specialist: Plan, shoot, and edit high-engagement content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You must understand the "hook, body, CTA" framework and how to pace videos for maximum retention.
• Video Editing & Production: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or a comparable professional suite like Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve or even CapCut) is a requirement. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into polished, brand-aligned content.
• Long-Form Content: Assist in the production, filming, and post-production of long-form videos and podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and visual standards.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online presence by interacting with the hobby community, staying ahead of sports trends, and maintaining our brand voice.
• Graphic Design (Big Plus): Create eye-catching thumbnails, promotional flyers, and social assets that stand out in a crowded feed.
• Task Mastery: Act as a force multiplier for the marketing department, managing daily content calendars and technical workflows to ensure the brand stays consistent and prolific.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Over Pedigree: A degree in Marketing or Communications is great, but we value proven results and a portfolio above all else. Show us what you’ve built, edited, and grown.
• Technical Proficiency: You must be comfortable with professional editing software and have a "good eye" for framing, lighting, and sound.
• Hobby Knowledge: A genuine passion for sports and/or the trading card industry is highly encouraged. You need to know the players, the products, and the culture.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can pivot quickly when a big "hit" happens in the shop or a major sports story breaks.
• Collaborative Mindset: You are ready to be a "secondary version" of our lead marketing efforts—reliable, creative, and capable of owning projects with minimal hand-holding.
