This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Black Gold Sports Cards LLC, doing business as Black Gold Sports Cards ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), located at 2327 Silvernail Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072.

Black Gold Sports Cards ships all orders using the following trusted carriers:
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Federal Express (FedEx)
Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your shipment.
- PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are subject to the following processing times before shipment:
Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Express Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Processing time: Within 48 hours
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination
- Available via UPS, USPS, and FedEx
Express Shipping
- Processing time: Within 24 hours
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days after shipment, depending on destination
- Available via UPS, USPS, and FedEx
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Black Gold Sports Cards is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your shipment directly through the carrier's website:
- UPS: www.ups.com
- USPS: www.usps.com
- FedEx: www.fedex.com
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
- SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, Black Gold Sports Cards ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. If a P.O. Box address is provided and the selected carrier does not service P.O. Boxes, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to obtain an alternate address.
We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
- DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Packages: Black Gold Sports Cards takes great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jason@blackgoldcards.com or 262-316-0484. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of the damage, as they may be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any other individuals at your address, and verify the delivery address on your order confirmation. If the package cannot be located, please contact us at jason@blackgoldcards.com or 262-316-0484 within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Black Gold Sports Cards is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier error, theft after delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. All claims are subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable carrier.
