Bryan is the driving force behind Black Gold Sports Cards, a journey fueled by a lifelong passion for the hobby. After years as a dedicated collector, he began building the Black Gold community through live-streamed breaks during the 2020 pandemic. His vision for a premier physical hobby destination became a reality in 2024 with the opening of our storefront, where he has since focused on assembling a team of experts and expanding our reach. As President, Bryan combines his deep market knowledge with a "collector-first" mentality, ensuring that whether you’re breaking online or visiting in person, you’re getting an experience rooted in years of genuine hobby experience.

We are in the greater Milwaukee area, easily accessible from Waukesha, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, New Berlin, Oconomowoc, and surrounding communities across Wisconsin. Our store hours are Monday–Tuesday 10am–6pm, Wednesday–Friday 10am–8pm, and Saturday 9am–5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes. Our team is one of Wisconsin's most trusted PSA grading submission services. We offer expert card inspection and grading preparation before submission to PSA, Beckett, or SGC wiping down and evaluating every card for surface defects, print lines, centering issues, and edge wear. This process saves collectors time and money by identifying cards that are unlikely to grade well before they are submitted. You can drop cards off at our Pewaukee, WI store or mail them in from anywhere in Wisconsin and the U.S.

We carry a wide selection of sports cards including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and soccer, as well as trading card games including Pokémon,VeeFriends, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Our inventory includes singles, sealed hobby boxes, blaster boxes, collector packs, fat packs, and hobby supplies such as sleeves, toploaders, penny sleeves, card binders, and display cases. New inventory is added daily in-store and online.

A group break is where multiple collectors each purchase a "spot" typically assigned by team, player or element in a shared box or case opening. Rather than buying an entire box yourself, you buy in for your team and receive any cards pulled from that team during the break. Black Gold Sports Cards runs live group breaks multiple times per week on eBay Live, Whatnot, and Fanatics Live. You can join from anywhere no need to visit our Pewaukee store in person. Yes. We offer full card consignment services through our in-store and eBay sales channels. Bring your collection to our Pewaukee, WI location and our team will photograph, list, and sell your cards on your behalf. Our Online Sales Specialist manages listings daily to ensure your cards are priced competitively and reach the right buyers. Consignment is available for individual high-value cards and entire collections.
